* Buying with us
Four steps from the sales gallery to your keys.
Step 01
Visit the sales gallery
Walk through the show apartment, see the finishes and take a price sheet for the homes you like. A visit takes about an hour.
Step 02
Reserve your home
A $3,000 deposit holds the unit and its price. If you change your mind in the first 15 days, we return all of it.
Step 03
Pay while we build
Sign the purchase contract and pay up to 30% in monthly instalments while the building goes up. The rest is due at handover.
Step 04
Get your keys
Finance the balance with your bank, inspect the home with our team and move in. The structure has a ten-year warranty.

What people say after moving in.
“We bought in pre-sale at Bosque 44 and got the keys the week the contract said. That was the whole reason we chose them.”
Carla Mendoza
Owner, Bosque 44
“Paying in instalments meant we could buy without selling our old flat first. Every payment showed up in our account statement the next day.”
Diego Ríos
Owner, Patio Lince
“I visited the site four times while it was being built. Someone from the team walked me through it every time.”
