About Lindero
We build fewer buildings and finish all of them.
Lindero started in 2009 with a twelve-home building in Pueblo Libre. Since then we have delivered 2,140 homes, and we still follow one rule: a project only goes on sale when we own the land and the permit is approved.

(01) How we work
Four rules we haven’t broken since the first building.
01
Land and permits first
We don’t sell homes on land we don’t own. Every project goes on sale with the plot bought and the building permit approved.
02
Structure before finishes
Most of the budget goes into what you can’t change later: the structure, the plumbing and the windows. Finishes can be upgraded. A weak slab can’t.
03
One team from plans to keys
The architects, engineers and site team work for us, not for a contractor. The person who shows you the plans is the one you call after handover.
04
Prices you can plan around
The price on the reservation is the price in the contract. Instalments during construction are fixed amounts, never indexed to anything.
